TERMS & CONDITIONS
By engaging the services of D’cupare Luna Therapy,
you are acknowledging and accepting the following terms and conditions:
When therapists find the need or the client desire to extend their sessions beyond the scheduled time, they may do so if authorization has been granted and subject to availability. Please note that the minimum duration for a time extension is 60 minutes.
If a customer requests to postpone an appointment less than 2 hours before the scheduled time, they will be responsible for covering the charges for the originally booked duration or any additional charges incurred due to the waiting period. The customer is required to make full payment within 24 hours of the cancellation penalty. Failure to do so will result in the customer being placed on our barred list until payment is made in full. In certain cases, we may report the matter to the relevant authority.
To allow for smooth operation and setup, we kindly request that customers provide D’cupare Luna Therapy with a 30-minute grace period for our arrival at the designated location. Additionally, we appreciate five minutes for equipment setup and an additional five minutes for packing up after the session.
Cancellation/Change of Appointment
In the event that a customer wishes to change or cancel their appointment less than 6 hours prior to the scheduled time, a charge of 30% of the price of the booked treatment(s) will apply. The customer is required to make full payment within 24 hours of the cancellation penalty. Failure to do so will result in the customer being placed on our barred list until payment is completed. If necessary, the case may be reported to the relevant authority.
Sexual Contact Policy
At D’cupare Luna Therapy, it is strictly prohibited to engage in any form of sexual contact during our services. Customers are not allowed to engage in sexual acts or indecent behavior in the presence of our staff. However, in cases where a nudity massage session is requested, it will only be provided if a therapist of the same gender is assigned.
Abuse of Staff
At D’cupare Luna Therapy, we have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of abuse directed at our employees. This includes the use of force, threats, severe verbal abuse, or any form of personal or racial harassment. We take these matters seriously, and in the event of such abuse, we will assess the situation and, if necessary, report the case to the relevant authorities.
To ensure the safety of your personal belongings, we kindly request that you keep all valuables out of sight or securely locked away prior to the arrival of our D’cupare Luna Therapy representative. Please note that D’cupare Luna Therapy, its officers, or representatives cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages to personal belongings.
By receiving services from D’cupare Luna Therapy, the customer agrees to release and hold harmless MD’cupare Luna Therapy and its staff from any liability for loss, harm, injury, illness, damage, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses of any nature that may arise as a result of the services provided by D’cupare Luna Therapy.
The customer is required to make a deposit for the following scenarios:
- Basic Session
- Corporate Event
- Pre-Booking (1 month or more)
The remaining payment is to be completed after the session ends. In cases where cash transactions are involved, immediate completion of payment is expected upon session completion. Failure to do so will result in the customer being placed on our barred list until payment is completed. If necessary, the case may be reported to the relevant authority.
In order to provide you with our services, we may collect your contact information, including your first and last name, billing and/or delivery address, email address, and telephone number. This information may be collected through our website, over the phone, via email, or in person when you interact with our staff or representatives.
Please note that the information we collect is solely for company data usage and allows us to contact you regarding your order, service-related inquiries, or information related to the redemption of rewards. Additionally, we may require other necessary information to process your order or provide you with the requested service, such as details about the products you have ordered, billing and/or delivery address, and banking and/or credit card information.
Rest assured that we prioritize the security and confidentiality of your personal information and handle it in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except when required by law or as necessary to fulfill your order or provide the requested service.
